Shipping
We currently ship across Egypt only. All orders are dispatched from Cairo.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared before shipment. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated and shown at checkout.
At busier times, your order may need a little extra time before it’s on its way.
Delivery Attempts
Once your order is on its way, please keep an eye on your tracking updates and any delivery instructions from the courier.
Returns
We want you to love your Seena piece. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll share the next steps for arranging the return.
Returns Shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives defective or there has been an error with your order.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must meet the same conditions outlined above, and exchanges are subject to availability.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
